Chef Rajiv Vimal has now stepped into the role of Executive Chef at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi. He has been the Executive Sous Chef at the hotel from March 2012. Having started his career back in 1999, Chef Rajiv Vimal has a cumulative experience of over 20 years in internationally acclaimed five star hotels and resorts. In his former role, Chef Rajiv Vimal served as the Executive Chef at The Park, Bangalore for over two years. Prior to that, he was the Senior Sous Chef at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram. Among his long list of credentials he has been associated with other reputed organisations such as Hyatt Regency, The Oberoi, and The Apeejay Surrendra Group of hotel. He has not only worked in food & beverage production but has also managed kitchen stewarding in his previous professional roles. His expertise lies in creating fine dining experiences for guests with his exemplary skills in Italian cuisine.
